This route will take you from the town of Fuenterrobles to visit the Telegraph Tower, used for optical telegraphy in the 19th century. It is located in the Sierra de la Bicuerca and it also leads to the viewpoint of La Peladilla, where you have wide views of the region.

Route description (only available in Spanish)

Atravesando el casco urbano alcanzamos el lavadero municipal y la fuente del Concejo, para posteriormente llegar a la iglesia de Santiago Apóstol, donde por la calle La Paz, nos llevará hasta la salida de la población

Continuamos el camino marcado por campos de almendros, pasando por las ruinas de la Barraca de la Sierra y un refugio de cazadores, para girar a la derecha más adelante por una senda muy bien definida y trazada hasta llegar a la escultura denominada Piedras al Aire (Tótem).

Desde aquí divisamos a pocos metros el camino asfaltado de Las Cuevas, que cruzaremos, y seguimos por entre pinos para enlazar otra vez con una senda comenzando a ascender de forma más pronunciada, donde en la cima nos encontraremos el los restos aun en pie de la antigua torre de la línea del telégrafo óptico de la Bicuerca.

Desde aquí en descenso continuaremos por la senda llegaremos a un rellano y algo más adelante, a nuestra izquierda, podemos disfrutar de unas bellas vistas panorámicas, desde el Mirador de la Peladilla.

Desde aquí y continuado por la misma senda bien definida y también todavía en descenso llegaremos al cruce con una ancha pista, el Camino de Utiel, donde enlazaremos con el sendero GR-238, el cual seguiremos por nuestra derecha.

Siguiendo este camino llegaremos al cementerio y posteriormente a Fuenterrobles, nuestra localidad de partida.
