Route description (only available in Spanish)
El comienzo del sendero está en la plaza del pueblo y nos dirigimos dirección sur, caminando por el pueblo, bajamos hacía la izquierda por unas escaleras, hasta llegar a la Fuente de Santa Bárbara. De ahí nos dirigimos a una senda hasta llegar a una pista asfaltada la cual dejaremos a unos 20 minutos de camino. Desde este punto nos dirigimos hacía el Collado el cual lo atravesamos hasta llegar a una pista forestal. Siguiendo por la pista, a unos 3-2'00 metros de recorrido y 50 min, nos desviamos hacía la derecha. Las marcas hasta aquí son escasas, mal situadas y en mal estado, sobretodo en el tramo del Collado. Unos metros más adelante nos bifurcamos hacía la izquierda hasta llegar a cruzar el Río Magro. Siguiendo todo el camino por pista forestal, a 1 h 45 min, tenemos un cruce en el cual seguiremos recto. A unos 600 metros siguiendo por la pista nos encontramos con el p.11 y seguiremos recto, pasando por la Fuente de la Moratilla a unos 9.100 metro de recorrido nos encontramos un bifurcación hacía la derecha. Las señales son escasas y casi inexistentes las señales verticales. Seguimos por pista forestal, pasando por el Alto de Don Pedro hasta llegar al p. 16 a unos 13.400 metros y 3 h 50 min de recorrido, donde dejamos la pista forestal para adentrarnos por senda hasta llegar al p.17 donde incorporamos la pista forestal a los 1.100 metros. A los 16 km de recorrido, pasando por el Jujú cruzamos la carretera de Corte de Pallás CV-425. Y así continuamos por pista forestal hasta llegar al p.23, alcanzando los 21 km de camino y las 5 h 30 minutos desde el comienzo en la Plaza del pueblo. Llegados a este punto dejamos la pista forestal para coger de nuevo una senda, difícilmente de seguir debido a la escasa y deteriorada señalización. Al llegar al p.24, a unos 23 km, recuperamos la pista forestal y siguiendo una dirección de 45º circulares llegaremos bordeando el castillo del pueblo de nuevo al punto de partida, la Plaza del pueblo de Macastre.
