Route description (only available in Spanish)

Iniciamos la variante desde el Paratge Miqueles-Ombrereta y que coincide al inicio con el sendero principal hasta llegar a una desviación hacia nuestra izquierda que nos indicará el ascenso al castillo de l’Ocaive. En este punto abandonamos el sendero principal y empezamos la subida por una senda mucho más estrecha. Al llegar a la parte alta nos encontraremos el enlace con el PR-CV 53.3. Nosotros seguiremos rectos en la dirección que llevábamos y poco a poco iremos rodeando la montaña del castillo.

Tras una vuelta que hace el camino para salvar un barranco podremos ver un desvío hacia la izquierda señalado como “Pouet”. Seguiremos el sendero hasta el collado donde encontraremos el camino de acceso en el castillo.
Después de la visita, volvemos al punto de inicio de la subida para continuar el descenso por debajo del peñasco hasta encontrarnos frente a la cueva del Castellet donde se encuentra el enlace con el recorrido principal del PR-CV 53.
