Following the inspection carried out by trail technicians, this trail has been declared of "limited adequacy" as a result of the faults detected in the signage. These include inadequate horizontal signs (paint markers) and/or vertical ones (trailheads and information boards) or lacking direction markers that do not provide sufficient information to properly follow the route. The builder of this trail has been informed of the situation.
For safety reasons and during maintenance work, it is advised to be extremely careful while taking this route. Furthermore, mountain sports entail risks associated with the activity itself and the environment where they take place, for which any person is fully liable. For this reason, hikes need to be planned properly and adequate training, equipment and sensible use of the trails are required.

Comenzamos un tramo urbano desde la Plaça del Rei Jaume I, calle Purissima, Plaza Portal y Av.Ausiàs March hasta llegar a la Av. País Valencià (CN-332) la cual cruzaremos y continuamos por el camino que tenemos enfrente, pasaremos por el Lavadero del Pou d'Avall hasta llegar a un cruce siguiendo el camino de la izquierda dirección Sur hasta la Ermita de Santa Anna.Continuamos por la izquierda de la Ermita en pocos metros el camino se convierte en senda y cruzaremos el barranc de Santa Anna por un puente de madera, llegaremos a un camino de tierra y continuaremos por la izquierda hasta el camí del Quisi de asfalto, camino principal que abandonaremos al llegar a un enlace en una curva cerrada con una pista de tierra a nuestra derecha que nos guiará al Molí del Quisi.Unos metros antes de la bajada al Molí, a la derecha está la senda por la que cruzaremos el barranc del Quisi, y legamos a un camino de asfalto, llegamos a un cruce con un camino de tierra a la derecha que nos conducirá a una senda para pasar debajo del Pont del Quisi y siempre por el camino principal de nuevo asfaltado hasta llegar a Benissa.
