Following the inspection carried out by trail technicians, this trail has been declared of "limited adequacy" as a result of the faults detected in the signage. These include inadequate horizontal signs (paint markers) and/or vertical ones (trailheads and information boards) or lacking direction markers that do not provide sufficient information to properly follow the route. The builder of this trail has been informed of the situation.
For safety reasons and during maintenance work, it is advised to be extremely careful while taking this route. Furthermore, mountain sports entail risks associated with the activity itself and the environment where they take place, for which any person is fully liable. For this reason, hikes need to be planned properly and adequate training, equipment and sensible use of the trails are required.

A short but intense route through the Carrasca ravine. At first, it runs inside the ravine in the upper part and then it follows the paths in the upper part through the shady and sunny areas to return to the start, along with the GR 7 trail.

Route description (only available in Spanish)

Desde la CV-584 nos adentramos junto con el GR 7 por el camino entre bosque bajo y pinares hasta el desvío del barranco de la Carrasca. Bajamos por senda hasta el Pasadizo, un estrecho pasillo entre rocas que nos conduce a la parte de alta del abrigo. Seguimos la senda para buscar la bajada, recorrer el abrigo y continuar para bajar una grada más del barranco. En este punto el GR 7 continua por el margen izquierdo en dirección a Vallada.

Nuestro itinerario remonta la senda de la Solana de la Guarañonera hasta las proximidades del abrigo del Mudo donde sube a buscar la casa Pepe Rafael y de aquí a la casa Palop para volver por camino al inicio.
