Route description (only available in Spanish)

El sendero local del Barranc de Xurra comienza donde se situa el panel informativo, desde dicho panel hay que tomar la calle Médico José Pitarch. Avanzamos por esta calle dejando a la derecha el consultorio médico hasta que llegamos a una rotonda, giramos a la izquierda tomando el 'Camí de Sant Miquel'.

Finalmente llegamos a un cruce de varias direcciones donde se encuentra la 'Creueta de l'Ave Maria', desde aquí tomamos una carretera asfaltada a la izquierda, dirección Sur (Camí del Pas). Transitando por esta vía nos encontramos un cruce con una pequeña carretera que aparece a nuestra izquierda, dirección Este. Ésta hay que obviarla y seguir hacia al Barranc de Xurra, a la derecha, dirección Sur.

Continuamos andando y nos encontramos con otro cruce en el que hay un cartel indicador del 'Camí de Xurra' hacia la derecha. Debemos girar por éste y dejar a la izquierda la carretera por la que íbamos.

A los pocos metros hay un nuevo cruce en el que debemos tomar la dirección a la izquierda, ya que el camino de la derecha nos llevaría a una vivienda particular.

Continuamos el recorrido y notamos como el suelo cambia poco a poco de asfalto a camino con firme de tierra.

Seguimos avanzando por la pista hasta un nuevo cruce en el que aparece a la izquierda un camino asfaltado. Éste debemos obviarlo y seguir por el camino de tierra.

Avanzando un poco más nos encontramos con el primer riu-rau a la izquierda del camino. Seguimos bajando y a poco más de 100 m. vemos a la derecha el segundo riu-rau con un panel informativo sobre esta construcción típica de la comarca.

Siguiendo adelante en el camino nos encontramos con un poste que tiene una paleta de ubicación que nos indica que final del sendero, y con dos paletas más de dirección. Una nos indica una derivación hasta el interior del barranco y la otra nos indica la dirección contraria hacia la Creueta.
