Following the inspection carried out by trail technicians, this trail has been declared of "limited adequacy" as a result of the faults detected in the signage. These include inadequate horizontal signs (paint markers) and/or vertical ones (trailheads and information boards) or lacking direction markers that do not provide sufficient information to properly follow the route. The builder of this trail has been informed of the situation.
For safety reasons and during maintenance work, it is advised to be extremely careful while taking this route. Furthermore, mountain sports entail risks associated with the activity itself and the environment where they take place, for which any person is fully liable. For this reason, hikes need to be planned properly and adequate training, equipment and sensible use of the trails are required.

A route that ventures into the sierra de Sumacàrcer along the senda de la Costa to the Ceja ridge, and returns via the senda de la Tosca. The entire route is surrounded by Mediterranean forest and stunning landscapes, where it is easy to spot wild goats.

Route description (only available in Spanish)

Salimos del pueblo por la calle Concha Piquer remontando el camino de la Costa que va al depósito de agua. A partir de este punto se inicia la senda del mismo nombre y que remonta el barranco del Llop.

Más adelante, dejamos a la derecha la bajada a la fuente de Bartolo. Continuamos el ascenso a hasta el camino de la Ceja, vía pecuaria que seguimos a la izquierda hasta la altura del corral del Pinxo donde tomamos la senda de la Tosca en la que encontraremos restos de algunas caleras.

El sendero, ya llegando al pueblo, pasa por la parte alta de una granja y termina en un camino que desemboca en la calle del Palleter, que seguimos a la izquierda para continuar por la calle Concha Piquer donde finalizamos.
