Following the inspection carried out by trail technicians, this trail has been declared of "limited adequacy" as a result of the faults detected in the signage. These include inadequate horizontal signs (paint markers) and/or vertical ones (trailheads and information boards) or lacking direction markers that do not provide sufficient information to properly follow the route. The builder of this trail has been informed of the situation.
For safety reasons and during maintenance work, it is advised to be extremely careful while taking this route. Furthermore, mountain sports entail risks associated with the activity itself and the environment where they take place, for which any person is fully liable. For this reason, hikes need to be planned properly and adequate training, equipment and sensible use of the trails are required.

From Alzira, we head towards the Casella area along paths through orchards. Once in the Municipal Natural Area, the route crosses mountain terrain along forest tracks, trails, and ravines — a place to enjoy the views, the vegetation, and its springs

Route description (only available in Spanish)

A la altura del nuevo puente de la CV-50, lo pasamos por debajo para tomar el camino del Malecó y continuar por él hasta el cruce con la CV-41. Tras cruzar por los pasos de cebra, seguimos por el camino del Barranco de la Casella, junto a su cauce. Al llegar al vertedero, el sendero se adentra en el barranco y cruza de nuevo la CV-50 por debajo, retomando el camino del barranco.

Más adelante, a la altura del huerto del Valencià, tomamos a la izquierda el camino Cara-Sol de la Casella, que conduce al enlace con el GR 236 y a la finca de la Casella. El itinerario continúa hacia el bar de la Casella y la fuente de Tormos, ascendiendo después hasta la fuente del Barber. Desde allí descendemos por el barranco hasta la fuente de la Garrofera, punto donde se encuentran las derivaciones a la fuente de la Teula y a la fuente de Tormo, finalizando de nuevo en la Casella.
